William B. · Patient reviewThe physical therapist that I work with retired and I recently had a shoulder replacement. I decided to come here and was quickly glad that I did. I have received excellent care and everyone at the office is very nice and really friendly. If you need to do therapy, you should definitely come here!
Donna F. · Patient reviewKings has been a great place for myself or anyone that needs to receive physical therapy. My physical results have been improved and the staff and therapist are a pleasure to work with.
Joseph K. · Patient reviewI had treatment at King’s in 2 different years. I retuned to them the second time because they were able to eliminate the severe neck/arm pain I was experiencing at the first series of visits. The second series of visits was just as successful. Definitely recommend their care.
Marilyn W. · Patient reviewVery professional and friendly staff. Through their knowledge and expertise on my specific injury, they made my recovery a very successful one! They were there every step of the way during the process from answering all my questions about my injury, questions about my post surgical procedure and recovery time. They really took the time and made me feel like family. I would recommend King Physical Therapy to my family and friends.

What is a review actually worth?
Not nothing, and not everything. A review tells you how a place behaved: whether the staff listened, whether somebody explained what was happening, whether the same person was there the next week. Read enough of them and a pattern shows up that no marketing sentence can fake.
If you read the reviews before you read the services page, that isn’t cynicism. It’s you checking whether the people who already paid for this would do it again. That is the right question, and it’s the right order to ask it in.
What a review can’t tell you is what your shoulder needs. Donna F. had a shoulder replacement. Marilyn W. had neck and arm pain twice, years apart. Their plans looked nothing alike, because a cause-first evaluation is what sets the plan, not the diagnosis on the referral and certainly not somebody else’s five stars.
Left alone, the thing you’re reading about tonight rarely holds still. It teaches you to reach with the other arm, to take the stairs sideways, to stop doing the one thing that used to be easy. By the time most people call, the compensation is its own problem.
So use the reviews for what they’re good for: deciding whether these are the people you want in the room. Then let the evaluation answer the rest. It costs you nothing to find out, and you don’t need a referral to book it. Pennsylvania allows direct access.

Put it in writing.
Six short questions. A real person calls you back, usually within two business hours, with times that fit your week.
The people who end up filling this out are rarely in the worst pain of their life. They’re just done working around it, done picking the errand that doesn’t require the stairs. If that’s the stage you’re at, this is the part where you stop researching and start.
Consider it filed.
A real person will call you back, usually within two business hours, with appointment times that fit your week. Keep your phone nearby.
