What we treat at the Scottdale clinic.
The same list as Connellsville. One practice, one standard, two front doors. A sample of what comes through this door most often:
Back pain & sciatica ⟶
The morning stiffness that used to burn off by lunch and has quietly stopped doing that.
02Neck pain ⟶
A neck that aches by mid-afternoon and takes the headache home with it.
03Shoulder pain ⟶
Sleeping on one side only, because the other side wakes you at two in the morning.
04Hip & knee pain ⟶
A hip that is quiet walking out and a knee that is loud on the way back down the hill.
All of it begins the same way: a cause-first evaluation with a licensed physical therapist, then a plan with an endpoint that runs through the four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent. The full list is on the what we treat page, and nothing on it is reserved for one clinic.
If you are reading hours on a location page before you call anyone, you are the kind of patient who still shows up for visit six. That is most of the work.
How do I get to the Scottdale clinic?
The address is 109 Crossroads Road, Scottdale, PA 15683. Put that in your phone and it will bring you to the door. Parking is free and it is at the clinic, so you are not feeding a meter or walking three blocks with the thing that hurts.
Come at any of our hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am to 3pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm to 8pm. The evening block exists so that physical therapy does not have to cost you a vacation day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
You do not need a referral to come through the door. Pennsylvania allows direct access, so call (724) 887-4181, tell us what hurts, and we will book the evaluation. If a mobility concern makes arriving difficult, say so on the phone and we will make arrangements before you get here. If Connellsville is the easier drive on a given day, that clinic is at 171 W Crawford Avenue and the number is (724) 628-7288. Same practice, same standard.
Waiting is not neutral. The longer a sore joint gets protected, the more of its job quietly moves to the muscles around it, and those muscles were never built to carry it.
“Kings has been a great place for myself or anyone that needs to receive physical therapy. My physical results have been improved and the staff and therapist are a pleasure to work with.”Joseph K. · Patient review

Put it in writing.
Six short questions. A real person calls you back, usually within two business hours, with times that fit your week.
The people who end up filling this out are rarely in the worst pain of their life. They’re just done working around it, done picking the errand that doesn’t require the stairs. If that’s the stage you’re at, this is the part where you stop researching and start.
Consider it filed.
A real person will call you back, usually within two business hours, with appointment times that fit your week. Keep your phone nearby.
